Fargo man suffers severe head injury at WE FestDETROIT LAKES, Minn. – A 37-year-old Fargo man who was at WE Fest is recovering from a severe head injury after he tripped and struck his head about 9 p.m. Saturday, the Becker County Sheriff’s Office said.
The man left the music area, began running down an asphalt roadway and attempted to hurdle a parked ATV and small trailer, the Sheriff’s Office said.
The man apparently tripped on the trailer’s tongue assembly. Due to his speed from running down the hill, he struck his head on a parked bus, authorities said.
The Sheriff’s Office did not release the man’s name or information about his condition.
The news release says the incident was non-traffic, non-violent and non-work related.
