Fargo sobriety checkpoint results in one DUIFARGO – Fargo officers made one arrest for DUI during a sobriety checkpoint on Friday in the 3100 block of Fiechtner Drive South.
One citation was issued for driving under suspension.
The checkpoint began at 11:20 p.m. and concluded at 2:37 a.m. Seventy-six vehicles drove through the checkpoint, and seven were flagged for further testing. All vehicles traveling west in the 3100 block of Fiechtner Drive were screened.
This marks the 44th checkpoint the Fargo Police Department has conducted since October of 2004. There have now been 138 DUI arrests made at Fargo sobriety checkpoints.
