Fargo crash leads to DUI arrestA Fargo man was arrested on suspicion of DUI Sunday evening after the motorcycle he was driving crashed and a passenger on the bike was injured, according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
The incident happened about 5:30 p.m. on the 45th Street on-ramp to Interstate 94 in Fargo.
According to the Highway Patrol report on the incident:
Daryl May, 28, was driving a motorcycle when it struck three barrels in a construction area.
A passenger, Trisha Bakke, 34, of Fargo, was thrown from the bike, which continued into a ditch where it overturned and came to rest.
Bakke was taken to Innovis Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries, the Highway Patrol said.
May declined any medical attention before being arrested and taken to the Cass County Jail, the report said.
