UPDATED: Canadian girl and mother show up at Saskatchewan home, Amber Alerts canceled in ND and Canada

A 4-year-old girl and her mother from Canada are safe after a relative contacted authorities to report they arrived in good health at a home in Regina, Saskatchewan.

The man suspected of kidnapping them, Christopher Alan Martyn, has been taken into custody, according to the Regina Police Service in Saskatchewan.

A Canadian Amber Alert issued for Samantha Martyn and her mother, 34-year-old Natasha Sentes, was canceled about 8 a.m. today.

On Tuesday evening, North Dakota authorities issued an Amber Alert after Christopher Martyn was suspected of abducting the girl and mother on Monday evening.
