Motorcycle crash on Garrison Dam kills manRIVERDALE, N.D. — A 61-year-old Riverdale man died in a motorcycle crash on the Garrison Dam.
The Highway Patrol did not immediately identify the victim of the crash about 7:40 p.m. Monday.
Authorities say the man failed to negotiate a curve on state Highway 200, and the motorcycle he was on flipped over a guardrail and landed on rocks on the north face of the dam.
The man was thrown from the bike and landed on the shoulder of the highway. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
