Frazee to begin search for new principalFrazee-Vergas (Minn.) School Principal Brian Koslofsky has turned in his resignation, and the board has approved searching for a new principal.
“I want to thank the school board and Mr. Stender for the guidance over the last couple years,” he said Monday evening during the regular school board meeting.
Koslofsky has accepted a position with the Bertha-Hewitt (Minn.) School District but will work for the Frazee district through June. Superintendent Deron Stender said he’d like the board to have someone hired by August.
After applicants are processed, a committee will schedule interviews and make a final recommendation to the full board.
Although committee members weren’t named at the Monday night meeting, a list of committee members from when Koslofsky was hired was provided and recommended for this time around as well.
No action was taken.
