Parshall school beefs up security after fightPARSHALL, N.D. — The Parshall School District is beefing up security after a fight that involved two people who were not students.
The district has posted people at the front doors of the high school and the elementary school. Visitors must check in with them. The schools, which have security cameras, also are considering a buzzer system for visitors.
Superintendent Steve Cascaden says two former high school students came to the building April 26 during school hours, looking for a current student, and there was a fight in the school hallway that had to be broken up by teachers and staff.
Three Affiliated Tribes law enforcement is investigating.
