College softball: Chmielewski goes 6-for-6 as Bison split twinbill

BROOKINGS, S.D. – Melissa Chmielewski went 6-for-6 with three runs scored and three walks as North Dakota State split a Summit League softball doubleheader with South Dakota State on Saturday.

The Bison rallied past SDSU 6-3 in the opener behind four hits and two RBIs from Laurel Pipkin.

The Jackrabbits won the second game 6-2.
