Fargo receives no offers for Woodrow WilsonFargo officials haven’t received any offers on the Woodrow Wilson Community High School building near downtown.
Business Manager Dan Huffman said on Tuesday that he distributed seven informational packets about the property to potential buyers, but has had no follow-up conversations with any of those groups or individuals.
The school, built in 1918, was put up for sale by the district in April for $1.8 million. The building houses the alternative high school program, which moves to Agassiz School in fall 2011 for more space.
Huffman told School Board members on Tuesday that administrators will put up a sign on the property off University Drive and run a display ad to get the word out about the property.
