Taco John’s donates to cystic fibrosis group

A group of Taco John’s restaurants from North Dakota and western Minnesota have donated $16,500 to the Cystic Fibrosis Association of North Dakota.

The funds are proceeds from its annual Nachos Navidad promotion, bringing the group’s total donations to CFAND to more than $107,000.

Mike Sartwell, owner-operator of Preferred Restaurant Group, which owns several of the participating Taco John’s restaurants, helped to initiate the fundraiser in 1999 after his daughter was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis.
