College men's track: 5 Dragon men place first at St. Paul meet

ST. PAUL – Minnesota State Moorhead’s Anthony Enyi, Skyler Jackson, Laquonne Robinson, Scott Egeberg and Kyle Eckhoff each took first place in their respective events Wednesday at the Holst Invitational college track meet on the Concordia-St. Paul campus.

Enyi hit a provisional mark in the hammer throw (193-1), while Jackson placed first in the triple jump (45-1½).

Robinson won the 110-meter hurdles (14.80) and Egeberg took top honors in the 3,000-meter steelpchase (9:43.66).

Eckhoff led a group of four Dragon men to sweep all top places with a time of 15:52.96 in the 5,000-meter run. Erik Hanson (15:53) was second.
