Another charge filed against Wyndmere man suspected in fatal bar shootingWYNDMERE, N.D. (AP) — An attempted murder charge has been filed against a Wyndmere man suspected in a fatal bar shooting.
Stephen Rowland already faces a murder charge in the March 18 shooting at the Four Corners Lounge in Wyndmere.
Authorities say the 46-year-old Rowland was arguing with the bar owner and shot another man, Gordon Vosberg, who tried to intervene.
Rowland is being held in Richland County jail. He's due back in court May 6 for a preliminary hearing on both charges.
His attorney, Richard Edinger, declined to comment.
