West Fargo splits two games at Marshall tourney

MARSHALL, Minn. – West Fargo split its games at the Marshall baseball tournament late Saturday.

The Packers (8-2, 4-1 Eastern Dakota Conference) began the day with a 10-9 win over Willmar in eight innings.

Matt Strahm went 3-for-4 with a double and Tucker Bucholz connected for a three-run double to help West Fargo to victory.

West Fargo followed with a 7-4 loss to Marshall. Strahm was 1-for-2 with a two-run double.
