College softball: Cobber women split with Auggies in Minneapolis

MINNEAPOLIS – Concordia College split a Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference doubleheader with Augsburg College on Sunday, losing the first game 8-6 and winning the second 4-1 at Edor Nelson Field.

Joelle Link (3-8) pitched six shutout innings the Game 2 to pick up the win. Kesley Jones went 3-for-3 and Nikki Clouse went 2-for-4 with a triple and two RBIs for Concordia (6-23, 3-9).
