Moorhead police issue summons to 39 people at overnight partyMoorhead police used a search warrant and forced entry to disrupt an overnight party on the 1600 block of 12th Street that resulted in issuing summons on 39 people for various charges.
The warrant was called for after the police arrived at the scene and were not allowed entry after the occupants used the door's dead bolt to lock them out.
The police issued a number of charges including Minor Consuming Alcohol, Fleeing on Foot, Noise Ordinance, Failure to Disperse, and Providing Alcohol for Minors. A police press release said a total of six people were taken into custody, including two for Gross Misdemeanor Obstructing Legal Process (with Force).
