STREAMING LIVE: Local officials discuss permanent flood protection this afternoonFARGO – Local elected leaders meet this afternoon as they continue working on a permanent solution to flooding in the Fargo-Moorhead metropolitan area.
Several significant items will be discussed, including possibilities of upstream water retention and local financing options. In addition, the Metro Flood Study Work Group will hear concerns by residents living downstream from the F-M area.
The work group includes officials from Fargo, Moorhead and Cass and Clay Counties.
