Men's basketball: Jamestown upsets Black Hills State

SPEARFISH, S.D. – Hans Hoeg netted a game-high 26 points to lead Jamestown College to a 78-67 victory against top-seeded Black Hills State on Sunday in the Dakota Athletic Conference men’s basketball semifinals.

Jacob Kelsey added 17 points for the Jimmies (19-11) as they shot 60 percent (28 of 47) from the field.

No. 4 seed Jamestown College hosts No. 6 seed South Dakota Mines at 7 p.m. Tuesday for the DAC tournament title and an automatic bid in the NAIA national tournament.
