BCA issues crime alert on ‘person of interest’A statewide crime alert was issued Thursday for Tracy Allan Zornes by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.
Zornes, 38, of Naytahwaush, Minn., is considered a “person of interest” in a Moorhead double-homicide investigation.
Police want to question him in connection with a Feb. 19 apartment fire in which the bodies of Megan Londo, 25, of Naytahwaush, and John Cadotte, 20, of Moorhead, were found.
Moorhead police Lt. Tory Jacobson said the move was taken by the BCA to make law enforcement personnel around the state aware that police want to talk to Zornes.
Police are asking the public for tips on Zornes’ whereabouts. Tips can be given to Crime Stoppers at (800) 222-TIPS (8477) or online at www.crimestoppersmn.org.
Tips can also be texted to TIP674, plus a message to CRIMES (274637). Tip information may qualify for up to a $1,000 reward.
