Man injured in Grand Forks apartment stabbingGRAND FORKS – A man was stabbed about 3 p.m. Sunday in a south Grand Forks apartment, police said.
According to a news release from the police department, a call came in at 3:14 p.m. of a stabbing in an apartment building on the 1100 block of 18th Avenue South. When police arrived, the victim was gone but later was found at Altru Hospital, where he was being treated for a stab wound to the abdomen.
Police said they know everyone who was involved in the incident.
The investigation isn’t finished, and it’s not known yet whether anyone will face charges or what is the condition, age or identity of the victim.
It was the second stabbing in Grand Forks in three days.
Johnny Lazar, 39, was stabbed in the abdomen about 9 a.m. Friday by an unidentified assailant wearing a dark, hooded sweatshirt, a ski mask and black boots, police said.
