Men's hockey: Rooney, St. John’s too much for Cobbers

ST. CLOUD, Minn. – Conor Rooney led St. John’s to a 7-2 victory over Concordia College in Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.

Stu Van Ess made 37 saves for St. John’s.

Nick Thielen and Pat Deitz each tallied a goal and one assist for Concordia.
