Fargo man arrested for pointing gun at pizza delivery driverFARGO – Police said a Fargo man was arrested for allegedly pointing a gun at a pizza delivery driver on Wednesday.
A resident of the duplex at 364½ 9th Ave. S. was paying for the pizza when his brother came down the stairs, pointed a gun at the delivery driver and said, “Give me all your pizza,” Sgt. Mark Lykken said.
The man paying for the pizza told his brother it wasn’t funny, and the brother put the gun down, Lykken said. The pizza was paid for and the driver left.
The driver called police about 8:10 p.m. and made a report. Police interviewed the suspect, 31-year-old Daniel Evereh-Herman Larson, and arrested him on suspicion of terrorizing, Lykken said.
Police seized the gun, which turned out to be a pellet gun.
Alcohol appeared to be a factor in Larson’s behavior, Lykken said.
