Eulalio Joseph Balenton Jr., 35, 1901 3rd St. S., violate no contact order, $585 fines and fees, 50 days jail, 21 months conditionally suspended for five years, supervised probation for five years; failure to appear, $835 fines and fees, 60 days jail, 15 months prison conditionally suspended for five years, supervised probation for five years.

Dustin Lee Barnes, 24, 408 Sunrise Circle, third-degree assault, $835 fines and fees, 120 days jail, 366 days prison conditionally suspended for five years, supervised probation for five years.

Jason Lee Jerger, 37, 2409 4th Ave. N., domestic assault by strangulation, $1,085 fines and fees, 118 days jail, 18 months prison conditionally suspended for three years, supervised probation for three years.

Troy Michael Johnson, 43, 612 60th Ave. S.W., Moorhead, terroristic threats, $1,085 fines and fees, 60 days jail, supervised probation for five years.

Gabriel Nephi Megran, 23, Hawley, Minn., third-degree burglary, $585 fines and fees, 90 days jail, 21 months prison conditionally suspended for five years, supervised probation for five years.

Andrei Russell, 24, St. Cloud, Minn., second-degree burglary, $135 fines and fees, 43 months prison, concurrent with other count.

Christopher Wayne Selfridge, 22, 2822 7th St. N., Fargo, second-degree criminal sexual conduct, $135 fines and fees, 90 months prison.

Andrew St. John, 25, 1211 34th St. Circle S., first-degree burglary, $385 fines and fees, $509 restitution, six months jail, 21 months prison conditionally suspended for 20 years, supervised probation for 20 years.

William Palmer Thompson, 39, Baker, Mont., predatory offender knowingly violates registration requirement or intentionally provides false information, $135 fines and fees, 26 months prison.

Larry Glenn Williams, 46, Missoula, Mont., fourth-degree assault of a peace officer, $585 fines and fees, one year jail with 226 days conditionally suspended for two years, unsupervised probation for two years.
