College football: Northern State shuts out Dragons

ABERDEEN, S.D. – Joei Fiegler threw a 40-yard touchdown pass to Trent DesLauriers and rushed for another as Northern State shut out Minnesota State University Moorhead 23-0 in Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference football Saturday.

Running back Montrel Richardson scored on a 38-yard rush and Thomas Parrott nailed a 40-yard field goal for the Wolves.

The Dragons passed for 177 yards and rushed for 63 yards but gave up five turnovers.
