Concordia homecoming activities start ThursdayConcordia College begins its homecoming activities at 8:15 p.m. Thursday with the traditional bonfire and fireworks display at Jake Christiansen Stadium. Moorhead Mayor Mark Voxland will light the bonfire, and the band Betty Does will perform until 9:45 p.m.
Friday’s events include a homecoming banquet and Harvest Ball.
The annual homecoming parade will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday on Eighth Street in Moorhead. The Concordia football team will host Augsburg at 1 p.m. at Jake Christiansen Stadium, and there will be a homecoming concert at 6:30 p.m. in Memorial Auditorium.
An all-campus worship service is scheduled at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday in Memorial Auditorium.
