Titan acquiring Iowa equipment dealershipsFargo-based Titan Machinery Inc. is acquiring two Iowa farm equipment dealerships, bringing its network to 70 dealerships in seven states.
Titan said in a statement Wednesday that it is acquiring the assets of Oskaloosa Implement Co., which has Case IH farm equipment dealerships in Pella and Oskaloosa, Iowa. The communities are southeast of Des Moines.
Titan said the acquisition is to close Nov. 1. Its terms were not released.
Titan said the dealerships generated $16.8 million in revenue in the past fiscal year.
Its statement said the acquisition will bring its network of dealerships to 70 in North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska and Wyoming.
