No arrests during sobriety checkpointThe North Dakota Highway Patrol reported making no arrests during a two and a half hour sobriety checkpoint conducted Sunday night at the intersection of North Dakota Highway 26 and Barnes County Road 21.
Sgt. David Wolf said in a news release that seven officers stopped 65 vehicles that came through the checkpoint, each for about eight to 10 seconds. The checkpoint was conducted from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday.
Wolf said that no drivers were arrested or tested for alcohol use.
