Minn.'s Pawlenty: Obama schools speech `uninvited'ST. PAUL - Gov. Tim Pawlenty is questioning President Barack Obama's back-to-school speech slated for Tuesday, saying it's ``uninvited.'
The Republican governor says showing the address could be disruptive and raises questions of content and motive. He's also questioning whether names of school children who write to the president could end up on a mailing list.
Pawlenty made the comments Friday on WCCO-AM.
Obama, a Democrat, will deliver the televised address at 11 a.m. Central Time on Tuesday.
That's the first day of school for most Minnesota students.
