Julie Anne Bertrand, 36, 1402 13½ St. N., possess pistol/assault weapon or adjudicated delinquent for crime of violence and fifth-degree possession of drugs by fraud or deceit, $135 fines and fees, five years prison, concurrent with both counts.

Paul Anthony Cardenas, 41, Inver Grove Heights, Minn., check forgery, $135 fines and fees, $4,338 restitution, two years prison.

James Ray Coffman Jr., 38, Fargo, second-degree assault, $135 fines and fees, $1,564 restitution, 39 months prison, concurrent with other counts.

Jessica Rose Condon, 27, Mounds View, Minn., second-degree sale of drugs, 65 months prison.

Richard John Erick Dumont Newago, 24, 24 9th Ave. N., Fargo, receiving stolen property, $585 fines and fees, $1,214 restitution, 90 days jail, supervised probation for five years, stay of imposition ordered.

Juan Flores Jr., 20, 511 32nd Ave. S., second-degree burglary, $1,085 fines and fees, 60 days jail, supervised probation for 10 years, stay of imposition ordered.

Cordell Dale Jackson, 48, 903 18th St. S., domestic assault, $1,085 fines and fees, 120 days jail, 18 months prison conditionally suspended for five years, supervised probation for five years.

Jamin Lee Mahar, 37, 2825 5th St. N., Fargo, manufacture/sell/transfer/deliver/represent noncontrolled substance as narcotic, $1,215 fines and fees, 15 days jail, supervised probation for three years, stay of imposition ordered.

Diondra Marquette Rivers, 33, 3125 10th Ave. N., Fargo, domestic abuse, two counts, $135 fines and fees, 30 months prison.

Phillip James Roy, 27, 921 23rd Ave. S., Moorhead, financial transaction card fraud, $1,085 fines and fees, $43 restitution, 30 days jail, supervised probation for five years, stay of imposition ordered.
