Schultz loses lead, ends with fifth-place tieSPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Fargo’s David Schultz faltered in the final round of the Nationwide Tour’s Price Cutler Charity Championship on Sunday, settling into a tie for fifth place after leading the field by three shots on Saturday.
Schultz ended three shots behind the eventual winner Justin Bolli, who carded a 66 to earn a one-shot victory over Derek Lamely and Chad Collins, taking home $112,500.
The finish gives Schultz three consecutive top-five finishes on the tour, and earned another $22,813 on Sunday.
The top 25 money winners from the Nationwide Tour earn their PGA cards for the following season.
Schultz moved from 24th place to 19th place on the money list with the Sunday placing.
