Fargo man arrested after terrorizing brother-in-law

A Fargo man who walked into his brother-in-law’s home and displayed what appeared to be a firearm was arrested late Friday.

Christopher Muchow, 29, is accused of terrorizing, a Class C felony offense.

Muchow walked into the home in the 300 block of 24th Street South, Fargo, shortly after 11 p.m. He made a verbal threat while displaying a gun, but did not point the gun at anyone, Fargo Police Sgt. Jeff Skuza said.

Police later found him on the scene and Muchow was arrested without incident. He did not display the weapon to police, Skuza said. It was later determined the weapon was a BB gun.
