Sobriety checkpoint nets three DUI arrestsFargo Police arrested three people for driving under the influence during a sobriety checkpoint that started Thursday night.
A total of 385 vehicles drove through the checkpoint, conducted from 11:13 p.m. Thursday to 2:20 a.m. Friday in the 2300 block of South University Drive.
Seventeen vehicles were flagged for further testing, according to Sgt. Mike Bernier.
Fargo police have conducted 41 sobriety checkpoints since October 2004, resulting in 127 DUI arrests.
