Fargo man hospitalized in Twin Cities after being trapped under car after accidentFARGO – A 20-year-old Fargo man is in a Twin Cities Hospital with injuries suffered Friday night when the motorcycle he was riding collided with a car at a Fargo intersection.
Ryan Tucker was driving south on 25th Street South about 9:50 p.m. when his motorcycle collided with a car driven by Pamela Kjonaas, 59, Kindred, N.D., according to Fargo Police Sgt. Mark Lykken.
Kjonaas was driving north on 25th Street and was turning left turn onto 32nd Avenue when the crash occurred, Lykken said
He said no citations have been issued, but added the investigation is ongoing.
The Fargo Fire Department used inflatable bags to lift Kjonaas’ vehicle after Tucker became trapped beneath it, Lykken said.
Tucker was initially taken to Innovis Hospital in Fargo and later transferred to North Memorial Hospital in Minneapolis.

Tucker was on his way home from work on his motorcycle when the crash occurred, according to information posted on the Web site. He has undergone surgery for removal of his spleen and more surgery is scheduled for Tuesday.
