Red River Valley Fair is way too expensive

If you wanted to go to the Red River Valley Fair this year, I hope you were ready to spend some money; this year’s fair was by far the priciest fair my family has been to.

For a family of three, it cost us $20 for gate admission and another $30 for one wristband. So before any rides or any games were played we already spent $50. Once it came time to get some food, my daughter’s dinner alone cost $17. It was $6 for a cheeseburger, $4 for fries and $7 for a glass of lemonade. Ouch! We only went with $150 thinking that would be more than enough, but within an hour that was gone, which is great for the fair but bad for families on a budget going through a tough economy right now.

Very disappointed this year with the Red River Valley Fair.
