Fargo South pool badly managed

A trip to the Fargo South High pool really opened my eyes to the poor judgment behind the administration of this great facility. Seemly operated by teenagers, I felt overcharged and unwelcomed.

Whoever decided to close the entire pool so the life guards can have a half-hour to gossip uninterrupted, then recharge customers admission, should be fired. There is no need for the pool to close at 3 p.m. on a hot summer day. There are few enough warm days in Fargo to enjoy the pool; keep it open.

It’s sad to see the public pool is taking advantage of parents and their wallets. At almost $5 per kid, one paid admission should be good for the entire day. It is at every other pool I’ve been to.
