Fargo South pool badly managedA trip to the Fargo South High pool really opened my eyes to the poor judgment behind the administration of this great facility. Seemly operated by teenagers, I felt overcharged and unwelcomed.
Whoever decided to close the entire pool so the life guards can have a half-hour to gossip uninterrupted, then recharge customers admission, should be fired. There is no need for the pool to close at 3 p.m. on a hot summer day. There are few enough warm days in Fargo to enjoy the pool; keep it open.
It’s sad to see the public pool is taking advantage of parents and their wallets. At almost $5 per kid, one paid admission should be good for the entire day. It is at every other pool I’ve been to.
