West Fargo window peeper denied early release from paroleFARGO, N.D. (AP) - The North Dakota Parole Board has rejected early release for a former West Fargo man convicted of violating his probation for window peeping.
Twenty-eight-year-old Casmer Volk was sent to prison in April after admitting he violated his probation by being in a woman's apartment in Washington state while she was showering.
Parole Board Deputy Clerk Pat Bohn says Volk was denied early release and must serve out his sentence, which is set to end in late October.
Volk was convicted in Cass County of surreptitious intrusion for window peeping in April 2007 and December 2006.
