For the period of April 1-30:

Gwendolyn Tamara Holdingeagle, Fargo, aggravated assault, $550 fines and fees with all but $25 conditionally suspended, three years prison with all but 180 days conditionally suspended for two years, supervised probation for two years.

Kyle Rese Anderson, Fargo, possession of ecstasy, $500 fines and fees, two years prison with all but 14 days conditionally suspended, supervised probation for two years, concurrent with other counts.

Norman Jesse Garcia Jr., Fargo, possession of marijuana with intent to deliver or manufacture, $750 fines and fees, two years prison with all but 180 days conditionally suspended for two years, supervised probation for two years.

Sheldon Lee McHugh, Bismarck, terrorizing, $525 fines and fees conditionally suspended, two years prison, concurrent with other counts.

Travis Aaron Vigen, Fargo, criminal conspiracy to burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary, $525 fines and fees, $2,213 restitution, 366 days jail with 332 days conditionally suspended, supervised probation for two years, concurrent with both counts.

Corrina Marie Greenough, Fargo, theft of property, $525 fines and fees, two years prison with all but 60 days conditionally suspended, supervised probation for two years.

Johann Earl Larson, Moorhead, delivery of marijuana, two counts, $775 fines and fees, $430 restitution, three years prison with all but 60 days conditionally suspended, supervised probation for 18 months, concurrent with both counts.

Justin Alan Hoglund, West Fargo, aggravated assault, two counts, $525 fines and fees conditionally suspended, $4,828 restitution, four years prison with three years conditionally suspended, supervised probation for three years.

Joel Patrick Rodriguez, Fargo, burglary, $25 fee, three years prison.

James Scott Eaton, Fargo, failure to register as a sexual offender, $525 fines and fees conditionally suspended, one year prison with 275 days conditionally suspended, supervised probation for 18 months.

Christina Marie Jones, Fargo, forgery, $525 fines and fees, supervised probation for one year, deferred imposition for one year.

David Michael Lee, Fargo, forgery, two counts, $525 fines and fees conditionally suspended, $944 restitution, 366 days prison, concurrent with both counts.

Troy Anthony Hadley, Fargo, possession of marijuana with intent to deliver or manufacture, $775 fines and fees, two years prison, supervised probation for two years.

Shawn Wayne Grzadzieleski, Moorhead, possession of drug paraphernalia, $1,050 fines and fees, two years prison with all but 75 days conditionally suspended for 18 months, supervised probation for 18 months, concurrent with other counts.

Lester Lee Manning, Fargo, robbery, $525 fines and fees, one year prison with 334 days conditionally suspended, supervised probation for one year.

Matthew John Olson, Grand Forks, N.D., delivery of methamphetamine, $1,025 fines and fees conditionally suspended, $260 restitution, six years and six months prison, concurrent with other sentence.

Joseph William Jennings III, possession of alprazolam and possession of drug paraphernalia, $525 fines and fees, four years prison, concurrent with other counts.

Dennis Linndale Sternberg, Fargo, burglary, $525 fines and fees, $451 restitution, 14 months prison with 12 months conditionally suspended, supervised probation for one year.

Travis John Walker, West Fargo, possession of drug paraphernalia, $525 fines and fees, two years prison with all but 90 days conditionally suspended, supervised probation for two years, concurrent with other counts.
