Lindenwood, Oak Grove pedestrian bridges over Red River to be lowered WednesdayFARGO - The pedestrian bridges linking Fargo to Moorhead at Oak Grove and Lindenwood parks will be lowered Wednesday.
The Fargo Park District says the bridges are raised annually in the spring to prevent damage from Red River flooding. The bridges are lowered when road restrictions are lifted and river levels drop.
