Man, daughter arrested in meth investigationMAYVILLE, N.D. – Authorities executing a search warrant Monday arrested a man and his daughter after finding materials indicating the production of methamphetamine in a garage.
Steve Schiebe, 51, was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and manufacturing methamphetamine, according to a news release.
His daughter, Julie, 26, was also arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and felon in possession of a firearm, the release stated.
The two are scheduled to appear in Traill County District Court today.
The ongoing investigation could result in more arrests due to the search, the release said.
The Traill County Sheriff’s Department, North Dakota Bureau of Investigation, Grand Forks Drug Task Force, North Dakota Parole and Probation and the Hillsboro Police Department participated in the search, the release said.
