Four people arrested in Hubbard County marijuana bust

PARK RAPIDS, Minn. – Authorities arrested four people Monday after uncovering a large marijuana-growing operation in Hubbard County.

County deputies and other law enforcement officers executed a search warrant at the home of James B. Young, 67, and Talora A. Smith, 62, near Park Rapids.

In the raid, officers seized multiple marijuana plants in various stages of growth as well as processed marijuana and items used to grow and cultivate marijuana.

Officers arrested Young and Smith, as well as Tyler C. Englund, 47, Park Rapids, and Molly R. Riewer, 22, Osage, Minn., according to the Hubbard County Sheriff’s Department, which said charges are pending.
