Klobuchar staff to hold Moorhead education forumMOORHEAD – Staff members of U.S. Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., will hold a forum tonight regarding the federal No Child Left Behind law at Moorhead’s Probstfield Center, 2410 14th St. S.
The hearing aims to find out what education reforms at the federal level residents and educators would like to see. No Child Left Behind is up for reauthorization this year.
Staff members at the 7 p.m. Moorhead meeting will pass feedback on to Klobuchar to use in the reauthorization debate.
So far, the senator’s team has convened forums in 19 Minnesota communities.
