Area community health centers receive fundingThe U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has awarded $674,036 in federal funding to North Dakota’s community health centers through the 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
The following community health centers will receive grants:
- Coal County Community Health Center serving Beulah, Center and Towner, $147, 421.
- Family Health Care Center serving Fargo, $258,817.
- Valley Community Health Center serving Grand Forks, Larimore and Northwood, $148,616.
- Northland Health Partners Community Health Center serving McClusky, Rolette and Turtle Lake, $119,182.
