U of M Extension offers ag seminarsTo help address key management issues of Minnesota producers, the University of Minnesota Extension will host “Barriers to Bushels” seminars in various locations.
The seminars will address current issues and research in crop production with the intent to help increase a producer’s bottom line.
Topics at each seminar will include soybean ground rolling research, corn, wheat and soybean disease update, corn pest management, corn fertility and weed management.
Registration is $30, and a free lunch will be provided. Registration starts at 9:30 a.m. at each location:
• 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Jeppe’s Sandtrap and Grill, Dawson.
• 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, McKinney’s, Benson.
• 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. March 3, Bigwood Event Center, Fergus Falls.
