Man pleads not guilty to robberyA Fargo man pleaded not guilty Thursday to a felony conspiracy to commit robbery charge in connection with the Jan. 13 armed robbery at Taco Bell.
Anthony Wayne Goodoien, 18, is accused of agreeing with one or more persons to engage in a robbery at Taco Bell, 1001 1st Ave. N., Fargo.
Michael Vincent Wanzek, 20, an employee of the restaurant also has been charged in connection with the case.
Goodoien has been released from the Cass County Jail after posting $20,000 bond, Cass county District Court records show.
Wanzek is set to appear in court on Feb. 19.
