Fargo woman charged in Nov. conspiracy to abduct a man

A 45-year-old Fargo woman is accused in Cass County District Court of conspiring with another man to abduct a man.

Camille Faye Lorenzen, 1444 16th St. S., is charged with felony conspiracy to kidnap and felony reckless endangerment.

Lorenzen is accused of helping Troy Terrance Lehman abduct Daniel Flyinghawk. Lehman, who is also charged for the Nov. 7 incident, is accused of holding Flyinghawk for ransom by pretending to be a bail bondsman. The reckless endangerment charge alleges Lorenzen backed her car up at a high rate of speed and struck or nearly struck Armando Amaya during the incident.

Amaya, a local bondsman called in by Flyinghawk’s aunt to help with the situation, told police he fired a gun at the car, with Flyinghawk inside, before it sped off.

Amaya, 35, is charged with discharging a firearm in city limits in connection with the incident. He is set to appear Jan. 21 on the charge.

Judge John Irby set bail at $40,000 cash or bond for Lorenzen during her initial appearance Monday afternoon. Her next court date is set for Feb. 12.
