Unemployment benefits extendedJob Service North Dakota is extending unemployment insurance benefit payments to claimants in accordance with a federal measure enacted in November.
Claimants who have exhausted an extended benefit claim filed after June 2008, are not currently working full time, and are ineligible for regular unemployment insurance benefits, may be able to receive additional weeks of extended benefits. Those currently receiving extended benefits may also be eligible to receive the additional benefits.
Those who qualify may receive between 3.6 and seven weeks of additional extended benefits.
