Fencing to protect pedestrians during NDSU homecoming game

FARGO - The Fargodome will make changes to pedestrian traffic around the facility Saturday to boost safety before and after North Dakota State University’s homecoming football game.

Fencing will be installed along 19th Avenue North from North University Drive to 18th Street North to prevent pedestrians from crossing at random locations, the Fargo Police Department said in a news release.

Four designated crossing points will be highly visible and easily accessible to the public, police said.

There will be a NDSU homecoming parade along University Drive at 10 a.m. and there is a pep rally and feed in the Bison Pep Rally at 11 a.m.
